Your Facemask Camera comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects β faulty components, hardware failures, or performance issues not caused by misuse
- Contact play damage β if your camera is damaged during normal football gameplay (helmet-to-helmet contact, impacts, etc.), we'll replace it
- Component failures β camera board issues, mounting hardware defects, or case integrity problems
What's Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Damage from non-football activities (dropping, throwing, intentional damage)
- Loss or theft
- Normal wear and tear on mounting hardware
Bottom Line: If your camera breaks during contact playβwe've got you. That's what it's built for, and we'll make it right.
π Early Adopter Pre-Production Camera Exchange
If you purchased one of the first 100 Version 2.0 pre-production cameras, you're part of our field testing program. Here's what happens when the final production cameras are ready:
The Exchange Process:
We'll Contact You β Expected around July 2026, we'll notify you when the final production Version 2.0 cameras are ready to ship
You Ship Your Pre-Production Camera to Us:
- We'll provide a return shipping address
- You pay for shipping to send us your pre-production camera
- Pack it securely (original packaging preferred)
We Send You the Final Production Camera:
- Professional injection-molded polycarbonate case
- Any hardware updates or improvements
- All your feedback and real-world testing built into the final design
- We pay for return shipping to send you the new camera
What You Get:
- Upgraded case β injection-molded polycarbonate (stronger, sleeker, production-quality)
- Updated hardware β any board improvements or fixes discovered during field testing
- Your feedback implemented β features and improvements suggested by early adopters like you
This is part of being an early adopter. You helped us test and refine the camera. Now you get the final, perfected versionβbetter than what you started with.

If your camera is damaged during contact play or you experience a warranty issue, here's how to get a replacement:

Step 2: Ship the Damaged Camera
- You pay for shipping to send the damaged camera to us
- We'll provide the return address
- Include your name, email, and order number
- Pack it securely to prevent further damage during transit
Step 3: We Send Your Replacement
- Once we receive your damaged camera, we'll process your replacement
- We pay for return shipping to send you the replacement camera
- Typical turnaround: 5-7 business days after we receive your camera
